RealBlackfoot exists to restore Indigenous authority over culture, land, and history through Blackfoot knowledge.
Grounded in Siksikaitsitapi values and lived responsibility to place, we work at the intersection of cultural heritage, anthropology, and public education to ensure that Indigenous knowledge systems are not extracted, simplified, or silenced--but respected as sovereign, living sciences.
Our mission is to protect sacred and historic landscapes, guide ethical engagement with Indigenous cultural resources, and support communities, institutions, and governments in moving beyond colonial frameworks toward accountability, accuracy, and relationship. Through education, consultation, and applied research, RealBlackfoot centers Indigenous voices on Indigenous land--where they have always belonged.
